
Tenancy Deposit
5 weeks’ rent; Returnable security deposit to cover the risk of property damage.
This will be protected in a Government-authorised scheme and may be returned
at the end of the tenancy.
Rent in advance: As agreed as part of your offer.
Replacement tenant fee: £50 inc VAT
Covers the administration costs, associated paperwork, contract negotiation and creation of a new contract.
Amendment Fee: £50 inc VAT
Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement during your tenancy.
Utilities, including heating/hot water, council tax, telephone, internet, television charges
as outlined in your tenancy agreement
Unpaid Rent
Interest at 3% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due.
Professional Cleaning (if required):
Cost is dependent on size of property – deducted from the security deposit.
Only charged where professional cleaning is necessary to return the property to
the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.
All move in monies to be paid in full within 7 days of an offer being accepted.
