If you work for the NHS, when you buy at one of our developments you will automatically be eligible for one of the incentives upon completion. Any property discount awarded will take effect as soon as you reserve.

The Stamp Duty Holiday is something you can take advantage of at our Bronze and Greenview Court developments, as they will be ready to move into this year. You could save anywhere from £1,800 to £10,000 and over depending on your chosen development and apartment.
The holiday came into force 8 July 2020 and will end on 30 June 2021.
Don’t forget you may also qualify for the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which can help you get on the property ladder with just a 5% deposit and £500 reservation fee.
